Karen Conley is the Founder and Principal of KEC Consulting LLC. She is an executive leader and advisor with extensive experience helping mission-driven organizations strengthen governance, steward complex client and donor resources, and build capacity in support of their public purpose. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive leadership to navigate growth, increasing complexity, and organizational change while fostering cultures of integrity, accountability, and trust. 

Her professional experience spans organizations operating across Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Latin America, Europe, and the United States. She has led cross-functional initiatives to strengthen institutional effectiveness, operational performance, and the responsible stewardship of significant government, foundation, corporate, and philanthropic funding. Recognized for bringing clarity to complexity, Karen is known for building practical systems, developing collaborative relationships, and helping organizations navigate challenging environments while remaining focused on mission.

Karen is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School and Mount Holyoke College. She speaks French and has worked extensively in multicultural environments throughout her career.
